A hot chocolate bar with your brand all over it

The cart is where guests stop. The drink is what they take away. Both should feel connected to the campaign. We develop the look of your hot chocolate service around the space, audience and brand, whether the brief calls for a festive retail cart or a drinks moment within a wider pop-up. Our past activations have included custom cart graphics, branded cups and chocolate-dusted designs. We agree the right combination for your event, alongside the menu and production schedule.

Choose the details that make the drink yours

Toppings and presentation give a familiar drink a distinct personality. For Monica Vinader, hot chocolates were finished with whipped cream, toasted marshmallows and Biscoff crumb. At Babble & Goose’s Galentine’s pop-up, a star design in chocolate dusting echoed the brand’s print. These are starting points for a conversation about your own brief. We will discuss the flavour, finish and serving materials together, with ingredients, allergens and dietary requirements reviewed before the menu is agreed.

Plan the service around the moment

A store-opening queue, a post-run gathering and a corporate reception place different demands on the service. Tell us where the cart will sit, how many guests you expect and when the busiest period is likely to be. We will work through the venue access, available space, power, setup window and service plan with you. Branding, production and staffing can be scoped as part of the experience, so the proposal sets out what is included and who is responsible for each detail.

Your questions, answered.

Can the hot chocolate cart and cups carry our branding?

Yes. We have delivered branded carts, cups and drink finishes for client activations. Share your artwork, brand guidelines and event date so we can scope the available surfaces, production requirements and approval schedule.

Is hot chocolate hire only suitable for Christmas events?

No. Our work includes a winter Monica Vinader activation, a Babble & Goose Galentine’s pop-up and a Runna × lululemon event. The menu and presentation can be shaped around a retail launch, corporate gathering or another occasion.

What do you need to plan the setup?

Start with the venue, date, expected guest numbers and service times. Photos or plans of the proposed space are useful. We will also discuss access, power, the setup window and any venue requirements before the format is confirmed.

How is a hot chocolate activation priced?

The quote depends on the date, location, guest numbers, service duration, chosen format and branding. Send your brief and budget, and we will set out the proposed menu, production and delivery scope. Dietary requirements are reviewed as part of that conversation.
