Chocolate Tap Hire for Brand Activations

Turn the dessert finish into a live moment. A chocolate tap brings a flowing pour, a choice of finishing touches and your brand together for product launches, corporate hospitality and retail pop-ups.

01 / Build the experience

Start with the chocolate. Build the experience around it.

Milk, white or dark

Milk chocolate is a familiar starting point, while white or dark chocolate can give the menu a different direction. Tell us your preference early so the recipe, equipment and ingredients can be agreed together. Dietary suitability depends on the actual chocolate and accompaniments chosen.

A finishing moment

Use the tap as the final flourish on a dessert rather than an isolated prop. Use a flowing chocolate pour as the finishing touch to the agreed dessert menu. Other pairings can be discussed for the brief, with the complete menu, portion and serving vessel agreed before production.

A branded dessert station

Carry the campaign through the counter, menu and serving materials. A compact dessert feature can sit within a larger activation, but it still needs space for preparation, service and guests. The proposal should make clear which food, equipment, staffing and branded elements are included.

02 / Chocolate Tap

Give the menu a reason to belong

A strong food concept starts with a connection to the brand. That could come from the mood of a campaign, a seasonal creative direction or a product story that lends itself to a dessert experience. Bring those references to the discussion rather than choosing decorative details in isolation. The proposal should establish how the chocolate element, accompanying food and presentation work together, including which parts of the concept need approval.

03 / Chocolate Tap

Consider the whole dessert station

The tap is one part of the event setup. Your brief should also explain where guests will approach, where they will receive their food and how the experience fits beside other activity. Share the venue’s access arrangements, available space and utilities, along with the expected audience and service window. Agree the menu and serving approach before finalising the surrounding design, particularly when the activation sits inside an existing event build.

Your questions, answered.

Is a chocolate tap the same as a chocolate fountain?

They are different formats. This page concerns a tap-led chocolate serving experience. If your creative reference shows a fountain, include it in the brief so the intended equipment and presentation can be discussed accurately.

Does this page cover hot chocolate drinks?

No. A chocolate tap is a dessert-focused enquiry. For a drinks-led experience, visit the hot chocolate service page and share the kind of branded beverage moment you want to create.

What food can accompany the chocolate?

Our Space NK Manchester setup paired the chocolate tap with strawberries, and our service photography also shows chocolate used with rolled ice cream. We can discuss the pairing, portion and serving vessel for your event, with ingredients and dietary requirements checked for the agreed menu.

What do you need to assess our venue?

Send the location, event schedule, available space and any access or utility information. Include other nearby catering and planned guest movement so the chocolate experience can be considered within the whole event layout.

Can we choose white or dark chocolate?

Yes, these are options to discuss alongside milk chocolate. Let us know early so the menu and preparation can be planned. Ingredients and dietary requirements are checked for the specific recipe rather than inferred from the chocolate colour.

Can a chocolate tap be part of an ice cream activation?

Yes, chocolate can be explored as a finishing element within a wider dessert experience. Tell us whether you want rolled ice cream or another pairing. The proposal will confirm the combined service, equipment and menu rather than treating the photograph as a package.
