Branded coffee bar hire for events

A morning welcome, a pause between sessions or a cold drink on a festival afternoon. Build the coffee offer around the moment, with the menu and branding working as one.

01 / Shape the experience

Coffee that makes your event feel considered.

01

Arrivals and hospitality

A coffee bar can create a welcoming first stop at a corporate event. Tell us when guests arrive and how long they have before the programme starts. A focused menu and clear service point help the drinks fit the timetable.

02

Exhibitions and retail

Give visitors a natural reason to pause at your stand or pop-up. Consider where the coffee sits in the guest journey, how the queue affects neighbouring activity and where people can comfortably enjoy the drink.

03

Hot and iced drinks

Match the menu to the environment and season. Our work includes both hot coffee service and iced coffee at Cannes. We’ll agree the drink selection and service format for the setting rather than assume every coffee bar needs the same menu.

02 / Built around your brand

Your identity, from bar to cup.

Connect the look of the counter with the menu and serving details. Branded cups give the idea a presence beyond the bar; a campaign-led menu can make the choice of drink part of the experience.

01

A clear drinks menu

Start with the coffee choices guests are likely to want and any additional drinks. Keep the range practical for the busiest service period. Milk options, ingredients and any campaign-specific additions need to be agreed in the proposal.

02

A connected visual identity

Share your guidelines, event artwork and preferred presentation. Our in-house designers can work with your team on the agreed bar graphics and branded elements, keeping the service consistent with the wider space.

03

The right service rhythm

Discuss expected demand, breaks in the programme and the bar’s position. Coffee preparation and guest interaction both take space. We’ll plan the setup around the actual event, rather than promise a generic drinks-per-hour figure.

03 / Real work

Three experiences. Three different briefs.

04 / Plan with confidence

The details behind the experience.

A clear brief helps us recommend a service that fits the venue, audience and campaign.

01

Audience and timing

Share guest numbers and the busiest points in the programme. A short rush and a steady flow need different plans. We’ll discuss the serving format and staffing around the actual service window.

02

Venue and access

Tell us about the location, available space, access route and indoor or outdoor setting. Equipment, utilities and operating conditions are reviewed before the setup is confirmed.

03

Menu and ingredients

Send dietary requirements and ingredient preferences early. The final menu and handling arrangements must be agreed for your guests; photographs of previous work are inspiration, not suitability guarantees.

04

Branding and approvals

Share the event date, budget and guidelines. Your proposal should make the agreed artwork, production, service and approval steps clear, especially where bespoke elements are involved.

Your questions, answered.

Is this coffee machine hire?

This page covers a coffee bar service for brand activations. Tell us about the event and the guest experience you need so we can discuss the service format.

Can the coffee offer reflect our brand?

Yes. Bring your campaign concept, visual identity and audience brief. Menu and presentation options can then be discussed together, with the agreed details set out in the proposal.

What if we need drinks other than coffee?

Include them in your enquiry. Coffee can sit within a broader drinks brief; hot chocolate also has its own dedicated service page.

What do you need for a quote?

Send your date, venue, audience size, service times and budget. Add any available information about access, utilities and the space where you want the bar.

Can the service fit into a wider activation?

Yes. Tell us how it should connect to the rest of your event, including sampling, hospitality or a campaign launch. The proposed format and responsibilities can then be agreed alongside your team and venue.

Can you confirm dietary suitability?

Share the exact requirements when you enquire. Ingredients, preparation and handling arrangements need to be checked for the agreed menu before suitability is confirmed.

How far ahead should we enquire?

Send the date as soon as your plans are taking shape. Availability, bespoke menu development and artwork production affect lead time. We’ll confirm what can be delivered rather than assume a standard turnaround.

Put coffee into the brief

Tell us who is coming, where the event is happening and what your brand wants to say. We will use that starting point to discuss the coffee bar.
