Event staffing. People who bring your brand to life.
The people representing your brand should feel part of the idea. Rolling Minds brings event staffing into the wider activation plan, connecting the guest welcome, product interaction and live service with your campaign.
Tell us about your staffing brief
Build the team around the experience.
We support brands and agencies with staffing for experiential events, promotional activations and food and drink experiences. Tell us what your team needs to deliver and we’ll shape the roles, briefing and on-site support around it.
Promotional staff + brand ambassadors
A product sample is an opportunity to start a conversation. Plan the key messages, the interaction and the handover, so the people representing your brand know what guests should take away. Share the campaign, audience and any product knowledge the role needs.
Food, drink + guest-facing service
The service format shapes the team. A quick sample handover, a personalised ice cream and a busy coffee counter each need a different rhythm. We can discuss staffing alongside the equipment, menu and expected demand rather than treating the headcount in isolation.
Briefing + on-site coordination
Agree the responsibilities before the event: who briefs the team, who is the on-site contact, how shifts and breaks work, and how changes are handled. We’ll set out the agreed staffing scope alongside the wider delivery plan.
The team makes the moment.

Cannes Lions staffing, with a team on the ground.
Rolling Minds has an established pool of event staff in Cannes. For brands and agencies planning activations during Cannes Lions, that gives us a strong local starting point for building the right event team.
From promotional interactions to branded hospitality, the brief comes first. Share your venue, dates, service hours, expected guest numbers and the roles you need. We’ll discuss the team and supervision required for your activation, with availability and any specialist requirements confirmed before booking.
A staffing booking does not include festival accreditation, a pitch or venue access. Those arrangements need to be confirmed with the relevant organiser or venue as part of the plan.

Give us the details that matter.
Bring your event dates and location, live and setup hours, expected guest flow, key messages, required roles, uniform or branding requirements, and any language or specialist requirements. If an agency or venue team is already leading the event, tell us how the staffing needs to fit into their plan.
The team behind the moment.

Can you provide promotional staff for Cannes Lions?
Yes. We have an established Cannes staffing pool and can discuss promotional and guest-facing roles for your activation. The team, dates and exact responsibilities are confirmed against the brief.
Can you work alongside our existing agency?
Yes. Tell us which parts your team is managing and which staffing responsibilities you need us to cover. The proposal should make those handovers clear.
Can staffing be included with a branded cart or truck?
We can discuss a combined activation brief covering the format and people. Vehicle-only supply is also a different, clearly defined scope, so staffing should never be assumed to be included.
How many staff do we need?
That depends on the interaction, service hours and peak guest flow, not simply the total attendance. We’ll use those details to discuss a suitable plan.
Can you guarantee specific languages or specialist skills?
Tell us what the role requires. We’ll confirm suitability and availability before a booking, rather than assuming every member of the team has the same skills.
Let’s put the right team behind your brand.
Share your dates, location, audience and budget range. We’ll help shape the next steps around your brief.
