01 / Build the experience

Choose the drink. Shape the experience.

Frosé and campaign-led flavours

Frozen rosé has featured in our work for The Female Quotient and Vercel at Cannes Lions. It provides a clear starting point for an adult hospitality brief. Develop the menu around your guests and occasion, with the recipe and final presentation agreed before the event.

Alcohol-free alternatives

Give non-drinkers a deliberate choice rather than a last-minute substitution. The Female Quotient activation also served homemade frozen pink lemonade. Other alcohol-free directions can be explored for your brief, with every ingredient checked rather than assuming a frozen or fruit-led drink contains no alcohol.

A branded bar or cart

The serving point should feel part of the same campaign as the drink. Menus, cups or pouches, cart graphics and the surrounding build can be considered together. Think about how guests approach, choose and move away from the bar, especially during a short reception rush.

02 / Frozen Cocktails + Mocktails

Plan the alcoholic and non-alcoholic choices together

A mixed drinks menu needs clear choices. Tell us whether cocktails lead the brief or whether alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks should have equal prominence. Think about how the menu describes each serve and how it fits the rest of the event. For a station-led frozen drinks activation, our slushie bar page offers another starting point. The alcoholic and alcohol-free options are agreed for each event.

03 / Frozen Cocktails + Mocktails

Give the frozen service a place in the plan

The event setting matters as much as the recipe idea. Share your venue, indoor or outdoor plans, service window and expected guest arrivals. Include the available space, access and utilities so the proposed setup can be reviewed against the location. A frozen drinks service should be planned alongside the wider production schedule, with the menu, branding and operational requirements agreed before the event moves into delivery.

Your questions, answered.

Can the menu include frozen mocktails?

Yes. Include the non-alcoholic requirement in your brief and tell us how it should sit alongside any cocktails. Specific drinks and ingredients are agreed during menu planning.

How is this different from slushie bar hire?

This page starts with the cocktail and mocktail menu. Slushie bar hire starts with the frozen-drinks station and branded serving experience. The formats can overlap: tell us your audience and menu requirements, including any alcohol-free options.

Can we request a particular frozen drink?

Share the drink, flavour references and campaign idea you have in mind. We can review the request as part of the brief rather than assume every recipe suits the format.

What do you need to plan the setup?

Send your venue details, date, guest numbers, timings and budget. Include whether the service is indoors or outdoors and any known access, space or utility restrictions.

Can you provide frosé?

Frozen rosé has featured in our Cannes work. Share your event date, location and audience so we can discuss the recipe, presentation and service arrangements for your brief.

Is frozen cocktail hire the same as a slushie machine rental?

This page focuses on an event experience, including a menu and serving plan, rather than a promise of unattended equipment hire. Tell us whether you need an integrated activation, staffed cart or a specific machine arrangement so the correct scope can be confirmed.
