Branded slushie bar hire for events
Bring a colourful frozen serve into a summer activation, retail pop-up or festival setting. Build the flavour, packaging and service around your campaign, from lemonade slushies to a separately agreed alcoholic menu.
Plan your activation
A frozen drink. A fresh way to show up.
Fruit-led frozen drinks
A familiar flavour can give guests an easy starting point. Lemon slushies featured in our Vercel work; homemade frozen pink lemonade featured at The Female Quotient’s Cannes activation. Develop the actual recipe around your own brief.
Frozen coffee and new directions
Slushies need not begin and end with fruit. Vercel’s menu included frozen coffee, giving another reference for a campaign-led frozen drink. Tell us your audience and flavour idea so we can assess the right approach.
Alcohol-free or alcoholic menus
Make the distinction clear from the start. At FQ Cannes, the offer included both pink lemonade and frozen rosé. Your event’s audience, service permissions and ingredients determine what can be proposed and how each choice should be labelled.

Brand the moment, not just the machine.
The frozen drink is one part of the experience. Connect the serving point, menu and packaging so the campaign travels with the guest.
A distinctive serving format
Branded cups or pouches can carry the visual identity beyond the counter. FQ × Asana pouches are one real example. Packaging, portion format and artwork are agreed around the menu and event.
A clear menu
Give guests enough information to choose confidently. Flavour, caffeine and alcohol content need clear communication. A drink’s colour or branded pouch is not a reliable guide to its ingredients.
A setup that stays practical
Frozen drinks need a service plan as well as a visual concept. Venue conditions, power, preparation and replenishment influence the setup. We’ll confirm the equipment and operating requirements for the chosen menu.
Three experiences. Three different briefs.

Vercel
For Vercel, frozen coffee and lemon slushies brought two different flavour directions into a branded Cannes Lions setup. The branded serving setup connected the frozen-drink offer with Vercel’s wider event presence.

A clear brief helps us recommend a service that fits the venue, audience and campaign.
Audience and timing
Share guest numbers and the busiest points in the programme. A short rush and a steady flow need different plans. We’ll discuss the serving format and staffing around the actual service window.
Venue and access
Tell us about the location, available space, access route and indoor or outdoor setting. Equipment, utilities and operating conditions are reviewed before the setup is confirmed.
Menu and ingredients
Send dietary requirements and ingredient preferences early. The final menu and handling arrangements must be agreed for your guests; photographs of previous work are inspiration, not suitability guarantees.
Branding and approvals
Share the event date, budget and guidelines. Your proposal should make the agreed artwork, production, service and approval steps clear, especially where bespoke elements are involved.
Your questions, answered.
Are slushies always alcohol-free?
No. The menu must be specified. We can discuss an alcohol-free direction, while frozen rosé and other alcoholic drinks require a separate agreed service scope. Our FQ Cannes work included homemade frozen pink lemonade and frozen rosé.
Can the menu include frozen coffee?
Yes, frozen coffee featured in our Vercel work. Share the flavour direction, audience and serving context so we can discuss feasibility and ingredients for your event.
Can you use branded pouches?
Our FQ × Asana activation used branded pouches. Packaging is agreed around your recipe, portion and artwork requirements; this example is not a promise that one format suits every drink.
What do you need for a slushie quote?
Send your date, location, expected audience, service times, budget and preferred menu. State clearly whether any drinks contain alcohol and share the venue requirements.
Can the service fit into a wider activation?
Yes. Tell us how it should connect to the rest of your event, including sampling, hospitality or a campaign launch. The proposed format and responsibilities can then be agreed alongside your team and venue.
Can you confirm dietary suitability?
Share the exact requirements when you enquire. Ingredients, preparation and handling arrangements need to be checked for the agreed menu before suitability is confirmed.
How far ahead should we enquire?
Send the date as soon as your plans are taking shape. Availability, bespoke menu development and artwork production affect lead time. We’ll confirm what can be delivered rather than assume a standard turnaround.
