Brand activation
design + production.
Your campaign, brought into the real world.
A launch, a retail takeover, a space people can step into. Rolling Minds brings the creative idea, design and production together to make your brand part of the experience.
We’re a London-based experiential agency working with brands and agency teams. From the environment to the graphics, the guest interaction to the finishing details, we help turn a campaign brief into a connected live activation.

Start with what you want people to experience.
The best place to begin is with your audience. Who are you trying to reach? What should they discover, try or take away? Where will the experience happen?
Those decisions shape the format and the creative direction. Your activation might centre on a product launch, a branded retail space or a mobile experience. We bring design, production and live-event expertise together around the brief, keeping the idea connected as it becomes something people can experience for themselves.
Design that runs
through every detail.

01In-house graphic design
Our in-house graphic design team helps translate your campaign into a physical setting. We work with your brand’s visual identity across the elements your guests will see and use, so the experience feels considered from the first impression to the final takeaway.
Come with an established creative direction or a brief that needs developing. We’ll work with you on the design approach and the elements needed to bring it to life.
02Personalised graphics, cups + more
The smaller details have a role to play. Branded cups, printed pieces and personalised graphics can carry the campaign through the guest experience, alongside the larger environment.
For Olivia Burton × H.Samuel, the details included product displays, interactive play and printed postcards. The brand’s colours continued through the setting and the edible finishing touches. Each element belonged to the same collection-inspired experience.
03Print production
We bring the printed elements into the wider activation plan, connecting the graphics with the format, setting and guest experience.
The brief determines what is needed, whether that is branded takeaway material or graphics forming part of a larger build. Share your campaign assets, venue and event date with us so we can discuss the production scope alongside the creative.
Real campaigns.
Connected experiences.

Hair Syrup
For the launch of Rapunzel leave-in conditioner, we transformed a venue around a fruit-inspired theme. Personalised hair appointments, branded drinks bottles, a fruit cart and curated goody bags gave guests different ways to encounter the product story.

Olivia Burton × H.Samuel
A pink-and-red truck activation introduced the summer collection through product displays and interactive details. A wheel game, postcards and QR codes sat alongside bespoke flooring, branded biscuits and coordinated ice-cream toppings.

Benefit Cosmetics
We supported Benefit’s Selfridges London pop-up with a branded cart and a tailored juice and smoothie menu. The drink names connected with the beauty products, extending the Dewy or Dazed campaign into a sensory part of the retail experience.
Choose the format
around the idea.
A vehicle can take the campaign to its audience. Food and drink can introduce a product story through flavour, colour and presentation. Both work best when they are part of the creative brief from the start.
Branded vehicle activations
Explore mobile spaces for launches, pop-ups and campaigns on the road, with the vehicle considered as part of the full experience.
Food + drink brand activations
Explore campaign-led food and drink experiences, with branded presentation and bespoke menu ideas shaped around the brand.
A few things to bring to the brief.
You don’t need every detail worked out before we talk. A useful starting point is:
We can then discuss the format, creative scope and practical next steps around your event.
- Your brand, campaign or product.
- The audience you want to reach.
- What you want guests to experience or do.
- The date, location and any venue already in mind.
- Your budget range and existing creative assets.
- The parts you would like Rolling Minds to develop or deliver.
Before we get rolling.
Can you work with our existing campaign creative?
Yes. We can work from your brand identity and campaign direction, or discuss how to develop the idea into a live experience. Sharing your guidelines and existing assets helps us understand what needs to stay consistent.
Is graphic design part of a wider activation?
It can be. Our in-house design capability sits alongside activation production and event delivery. We’ll discuss which elements you need and how they fit together, rather than treating every branded detail as a separate project.
Can food and drink be designed around our brand?
Yes. Our work includes product-linked menus and branded presentation, such as the drinks experience we supported for Benefit Cosmetics. Explore our food + drink activation service for that specialist part of the offer.
Can you work with our agency team?
Tell us how the project is being led and which parts you need us to support. We work with brands and agency partners, with the creative and delivery scope agreed around the brief.
How much does an activation cost?
The scope depends on the format, creative development, production, location and live-delivery requirements. Send us your brief, dates and budget range so we can discuss an approach for your campaign.
Let’s bring your next campaign to life.
