Branded soft serve ice cream hire

A product-inspired flavour. A colour-matched swirl. Your identity in every guest’s hand. We build soft serve experiences for launches, retail pop-ups, exhibitions and corporate events, from branded counters to full truck activations.

01 / Choose your format

From a counter to a complete takeover.

Start with the experience, then choose the setup. Soft serve can be a compact treat station or the focal point of an entire activation.

01

Carts and staffed counters

Bring soft serve into a retail space, office event or exhibition with a compact serving point. A branded cart gives the experience its own identity, while a counter can become part of the wider environment. We’ll plan the footprint and guest flow around the venue.

02

Branded ice cream trucks

Make the vehicle the centre of the activation. Connect the wrap, serving hatch, menu and cups to the same campaign, with space around the truck considered as part of the experience. Our team can coordinate vehicle design, wrapping, transport and logistics.

03

Integrated and self-service setups

A soft serve machine can be incorporated into an event stand or a bespoke build. Self-service is also an option to discuss where the audience and setting suit it. We’ll agree the supervision, replenishment and practical setup before confirming the format.

More than an ice cream giveaway

A reason to stop. A story to take away.

A cup can carry a campaign. A flavour can echo a product. A truck can turn the whole experience into a landmark. Connect the serve to sampling, a launch story or a retail moment, with the guest journey planned around your objective.

For Saltair × Space NK, fragrance-inspired soft serve sat alongside product sampling and a route into the nearby store.

02 / Built around your brand

Make the serve unmistakably yours

The food should feel like part of the creative idea, not an unrelated giveaway. We can explore the flavour and visual treatment alongside your campaign assets, then bring the agreed elements together in one experience.

01

Flavour and colour

Explore custom flavours and colour-matched soft serve that reference your product or campaign. Recipe development and the final finish are agreed for the brief, rather than copied from a photograph.

02

Cups, cones and finishing touches

Branded cups, cone sleeves and edible wafers carry the idea beyond the counter. Toppings and sauces add another layer of colour and flavour. We’ll work through artwork, ingredient choices and the practical serving format together.

03

The complete environment

Carry the identity through the cart, counter or truck, menus and surrounding activation. Our in-house designers can work with your team and brand guidelines, so the food presentation and physical setup feel connected.

03 / Real work

Three brands. Three distinct experiences.

04 / The practical details

What we plan before the first swirl

A good-looking activation also needs to work when guests arrive. These details help us recommend the right setup and put together a clear proposal.

01

Audience and service window

Tell us the expected number of guests and whether they arrive in one rush or throughout the day. This informs the serving format, staffing and queue plan. We’ll agree the menu and service scope for your event rather than promise a generic serving capacity.

02

Venue and access

Share the location, access route, available space and indoor or outdoor setting. We’ll review delivery, installation, power and operating requirements with the venue. Specific requirements depend on the selected equipment and build.

03

Dietary requirements and ingredients

Send the exact requirements when you enquire. We’ll review the proposed base, toppings and finishes and confirm what can be offered. A colour, flavour name or reference image should never be treated as an allergen or dietary guarantee.

04

Branding and production

Send your guidelines, artwork and event date early. Custom print, recipe development and a vehicle wrap need different production steps. Your proposal will set out the agreed deliverables and approval timings.

Your questions, answered.

What can we brand on the soft serve experience?

Options include the cart or counter, a vehicle wrap, menus, cups, cone sleeves and edible wafers. We’ll scope the surfaces and finishes around your campaign, then agree artwork and production details with your team.

Can you create custom flavours and colours?

Yes, custom flavours and colour-matched soft serve can be explored as part of the brief. The final recipe, ingredients, presentation and feasibility are agreed before the event. Our DAISE work is one example of a product-inspired approach.

Do we have to hire an ice cream truck?

No. Soft serve can be served from a staffed counter or cart, incorporated into a stand or delivered through a truck activation. We’ll recommend a format around your venue, audience and campaign rather than start with a vehicle by default.

Can the setup work at an exhibition or inside a shop?

An integrated counter or compact cart can be considered for indoor events. Share the venue plan and access details so we can review the footprint, power, operating conditions and guest flow before confirming the setup.

Is a self-service soft serve experience possible?

It is an option to discuss. The event environment, supervision, replenishment and way guests use the machine need to be planned as part of the proposal. It is not a promise of unattended machine-only rental.

How much does branded soft serve hire cost?

The quote depends on the format, location, service window, guest numbers, menu and branding scope. Send those details with your date and budget, and we’ll put together a proposal for the experience you need.

Can you deliver outside London?

We work on activations across the UK and internationally. Share your destination and dates so transport, local venue requirements and the delivery scope can be reviewed for the project.
